Planning a vacation can be very overwhelming. Often my clients tell me they don't know where to start!

That is where I come in. At Bernbach Travel I will work along with you, offering the professional experience and knowledge needed to plan your ultimate trip.

A little bit about me and my services.
I am an ASTA (American Society of Travel Advisors) Verified Travel Agent.
As well as a Certified Cruise Counselor with Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA).
​
I am also a Disney Specialist and Sandals Specialist.
​
I will start by asking a few questions to find out what you are looking for in a trip.

I will research and find options based on our communications.
​
We will work together until we find the right fit for you!
​
I can book your trip and depending on where we land, can also research and book excursions as well.
​
I work with the vendors to get your final documents and answer any questions that arise up to and during your travels.
​
I will ensure you have all the necessary documentation for the location you go to and provide helpful hints along the way.
​
My services are 100% FREE. I do not charge any fees for my services.

Hey there, I'm Karen
After years of planning family vacations and helping others plan their vacations, I started Jackson's Journeys Travel Agency. I have a passion for researching and planning the perfect vacations for others I want to ensure you get the best bang for your buck.

My goals are to make travel planning easy for you. The best compliment I have received is from a friend of a client who contacted me because her friend said I made their trip so simple!
I also work to ensure you have the best time wherever your vacation may take you.

In 2022, I joined Bernbach Travel. This will provide me the opportunity to work alongside other experienced travel agents that have a tremendous amount of knowledge about the travel industry. This benefits my clients by expanding the travel options.
